Guides to help you travel safely on a gluten free diet

Gluten Free Travel Guides

I am a Celiac, and have been on a strict gluten free diet for over 15 years. I have also developed several other food sensitivities over the years, including; dairy, egg and (some) tree nuts! When I travel, which I do frequently, eating safely is half the adventure. Despite my restrictions, I have been to over 35 countries (so far), and frequently travel around North America for work and pleasure.

I get asked often how I manage to travel so often with all my allergies, so I decided to put together some articles detailing how I do it and what I learn along the way. I lean more toward backpacking, hosteling and adventure travel, so most of my travel is self-catered. I hope this information helps my fellow Celiacs and food allergy sufferers travel more confidently, so they can see more of our amazing world.
